We sometimes send packages recorded delivery depending on the items being shipped so please expect this to be a possibility. We do our shipping every day between Monday to Thursday. This is to ensure that your item doesn't sit in a depot over the weekend and risk either getting lost or damaged. Returns If you are not entirely satisfied with what you receive or in the unlikely situation of your item being damaged in transit please contact us immediately. If we discuss the item being shipped back to us then the shipping charges will be discussed depending on the fault.
